Hogstone's Wood Oven, Eastsound, Orcas Island, WA - This was the least satisfying meal of the trip. Pizza not spectacular and they were out of the draft beer that had looked intriguing. But, I got to take a foto of a Rainier beer can. Refreshing.

Doe Bay Café - Doe Bay Resort & Retreat, Olga, WA - I ordered their smashed potatoes and placed the just purchased smoked mackerel from Buck Bay Shellfish Farm on top. The potatoes were great but the mackerel was the best smoked fish I've ever eaten. I wrote to Doe Bay Cafe to suggest they put this on the menu as Buck Bay is already one of their purveyors.
